WHY BUY PROPERTY IN THE ALGARVE

The allure of the Algarve is timeless.

It continues to offer the safest and most attractive conditions for those wishing to buy in the sun.

The climate is one of the healthiest and most pleasant in the world. Winters are never too cold and summers never too hot. A real paradise for golfers all year long with more than 30 Golf Courses along the cost and inland.

The environment is much less spoilt and pollued than in other European Countries.

The nation's constitution and weel-founded legal system give foreign buyers and property owners the same fundamental rights and protection as those enjoyed by Portuguese citizens.
